FlashView is the first application that I wrote and made public (^▽^) It is a little utility that helps you grab flash files that you viewed in Mozilla Firefox and organise them so that you can view them easily afterwards. Below are some screenshots of FlashView.

By the way, please note that you need .NET Framework, which is distributed for free through the Microsoft's website, to run FlashView.
